James Findley III is the co-founder of Red Room Society and owner of Nineteen 25, a private event venue in Denver. He focuses on building high-end, curated experiences that combine entertainment, atmosphere, and strong guest curation.

Nick Ausborn is a co-founder of Red Room Society, bringing a vision centered on immersive, high-energy experiences that blend music, atmosphere, and intentional crowd curation. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, he relocated to Denver in 2018, where he has been instrumental in shaping unique underground events that stand out in the city’s nightlife scene. Through Red Room, Nick focuses on creating elevated environments that feel exclusive, engaging, and unforgettable for every guest who walks through the door.
